Referral Invite, Dynamic Staff Labels, and CRM – Delete Guest

This release improves the existing referral program. Guests can now view their referral codes from the newly added "Referral" option in the hamburger menu of the Catalogue. Guests can add multiple referrals from the same screen by simply entering the mobile numbers of the people they wish to refer. Referred guests receive a message informing them about who referred them and the salon/business where they were referred. When a referred guest visits the salon, the applicable referral benefit will be pre-populated during order completion in the POS. Upon applying the referral benefit, the referred guest receive the rewards as per the existing referral program. Salon staff can track referral activities, including who referred whom and the current status (Pending or Completed), from the newly added Referral Dashboard in the Enquiry module. This can also be effectively utilized for lead generation.

This release adds dynamic labels for the "Staff" terminology across the dashboard. Businesses can now configure labels such as "Stylist", "Doctor", or any other relevant designation based on their operational requirements and individual setup.

The option to delete registered guests from the CRM is now access-based. Staff members who have permission to delete orders will also be able to delete guest records from the CRM.

This release adds a new filter option that allows users to fetch report data based on either the purchase date or the expiry date, similar to the existing Membership Sold Report.

This release updates the POS module to optimize workflows and improve overall performance. Order calculations and processing times have been significantly reduced to ensure smoother and faster operations. This release also refreshes the UI of dashboard pop-ups, including improvements to styling, text positioning, and overall user experience.
