Scheduled EOD Email Reports and Staff Shift Management Enhancements

This release adds a new configuration-based Manual EOD feature that allows store owners to extend their operational business date beyond the standard calendar date. Key Highlights :- Upon login, staff members will have the option to continue recording revenue transactions under the previous business date instead of the current calendar date. All transactions will be associated with the selected business date, regardless of the actual calendar date and time. Store owners can grant EOD permissions to specific staff members using the manualEod access control privilege. EOD summary emails will be sent to store owners only after the Manual EOD process has been completed. After EOD completion, authorized staff members can resend the EOD report for the last business date at any time, ensuring owners receive the latest updated transaction data when required.

This release improves the Staff Management module to simplify shift assignment and roster management. Key Highlights :- While creating a new staff member, users are prompted with a pop-up window to assign existing shifts for a specified number of days. Users can also create a new shift directly from the same pop-up and immediately assign it to the newly created staff member. The current week's assigned shifts is now displayed on the Staff Details page, along with options to manage and assign shifts. A new Weekly View has been added under Roster Management Settings, providing a consolidated view of all staff schedules for the week. From this weekly roster view, users can easily edit individual staff working hours for any day using a simple toggle-based interface. These enhancements are designed to provide greater operational flexibility, improve staff scheduling efficiency, and streamline day-to-day business management.
