WhatsApp Packages, Custom Feedback URL, and Custom Form Enhancements

A new flow has been introduced to configure and manage WhatsApp packages for clients onboarded via the own Respark account. Administrators can define package pricing (e.g., number of messages per amount), and clients can purchase these packages directly from the WhatsApp module in the Settings section. Clients can also view their purchase history on the same screen.

This release adds a configuration that allows clients to use their own feedback links instead of the default one sent in messages. This supports third-party feedback platforms or Google review links. Additionally, these custom feedback links can now be printed as QR codes on bills.

The custom form module has been enhanced with the following features:- Access control to restrict staff from editing submitted forms Permission for staff to create/submit forms on behalf of guests from the guest profile Ability to generate and download QR codes for each custom form (available in Settings) Configuration to restrict guests from editing submitted forms from the catalogue

While generating bills, a new “Clear Due Balance” option is now available next to the balance amount (if applicable).

This release improves module navigation for better usability. Less frequently used modules have been moved to a newly introduced hamburger menu.

Added a configuration to require guests to accept salon terms and conditions before booking an appointment. Guests can view these terms via a redirect from the booking page. Added a configuration to control the sequencing of homepage modules such as Services, Products, Packages, Memberships, and Gift Cards.
